really bad? how many calories?Did i eat horrible today?
Your diet is low in both calories and nutrients. I don't see 5 to 10 servings of fruits and vegetables in here, nor green vegetables other than a bit of lettuce. It appears to me that you are on a strict diet and mostly feed yourself sweets. Also, just eating peas is an inadequate lunch.
I recommend you stop being so strict with the calories, but make sure you fill yourself up with a goal of 10 servings of fruits and vegetables a day. This will make your diet high in nutrients, and low (but not dangerously low) in calories, in addition to whole grains and healthy fats.
Like some others here, I wonder if you have or are developing an eating disorder. You're too young to be obsessing over celery.
And if your diet wasn't optimal one day, don't beat yourself over the head--resolve to do better another day.
First question: Do you think you may have an eating disorder?
I wonder why you have an obsession with counting calories!
Please don’t obsess about calories. Life is too short to count calories.
Keep a positive attitude, eat a diet full of nutritionally rich healthy foods and do a 30 minute brisk walk every day – you will stay emotionally sane, healthy, fit and slim.
I have no idea about calories, I never count them.
Personally I would be more concerned about your lack of nutrition, than calories.
Let’s break it down:
1) Breakfast: pancake with syrup.
This is hardly nutritional or filling, especially the refined sugar in the syrup. Do you make the pancake from scratch or use a mix? Those pre-mixes have some crap in, so best to avoid.
Breakfast is the most important meal if the day.
How about some home-made muesli, served with fresh fruit (strawberries, banana) and some milk or plain Greek set yogurt:

2) Snack: 5 pieces of celery with peanut butter and a tootsie pop.
Celery is good. You can make ants on a stick – fill the groove of the celery with peanut butter or avocado and dot it with raisins.

Trail Mix is a great snack food - mix together raw nuts (almonds), unsulphured dried fruit (raisins), pumpkin seeds and sunflower seeds. I also like to add dried wild figs and organic shredded dried coconut.
Green Smoothies (see below) and bananas also make good filling healthy low fat snacks.
3) Dinner: subway sub, 6 inch on honey oaat with pickles tomatoes lettice, cucumbers and a little ranch. 2 small sugar cookies and a 100 calorie granola bar
The Subway bread is not nutritional. The “average” bread from Subway contains things, such as, high fructose corn syrup, soybean oil, salt, dough conditioners, anti caking agents, caramel colour, (used to make cheap white bread look like expensive brown wholegrain – but really its just been dyed) refinery syrup, dextrose, sodium stearoyl lactylate, sodium stearoyl-2-lactylate, mineral oil and other strange food additives.
The tomatoes, lettuce and cucumber in the roll were healthy, but slightly ruined by covering them with commercial ranch dressing.
Most commercial granola bars have refined sugar, or even worse, artificial sweeteners. Again, you can make your own, do a google search for healthy bars.
4) What do you mean "peas for lunch"! Fresh peas? Frozen peas? Tinned peas? Not very exciting.
How about a filling and healthy mixed salad: mixed lettuce %26amp; wild rocket, cherry tomatoes, avocado, steamed pumpkin, pine nuts, cubes of (marinated) goats cheese or goats fetta, and a splash of caramelised balsamic vinegar.
You should be eating five pieces of fresh raw fruit and five pieces of fresh raw vegetables everyday. Your daily diet seems to be glaringly lacking in fresh produce.
One serve - a handful or one piece (i.e.) a large apple is one serve
Try adding some Green Smoothies into your daily diet; they will help you get your fruit %26amp; vegetable intake up:

500ml to 1 litre of Green Smoothie makes a filling snack.
I am suggesting home-made produce because you can really start to grasp the nutritional side of things when you make it yourself. It is also very satisfying to eat something you have made.

In conclusion: You ate a lot of junk, so yes you ate badly. You need to include fresh raw (or very lightly steamed) vegetables and raw fruit into your diet EVERY day. If you can’t manage five serves each, at least have two serves each. And STOP counting calories.
.Did i eat horrible today?
Sorry, but yes, you ate really bad. First of all, you ate next to NO protein. You got a little protein from the peanut butter. But you need more than that. Are you still growing? If you keep eating like that you are going to be unhealthy. The syrup, tootsie pop, and cookies are all bad. If you replace them with chicken, eggs, fish, and cheese, you will be in MUCH better shape. I see no fruit either.
EDIT ~ OMG you are 14? See, this is exactly why I am so against young kids trying to be vegetarian. They have no idea what they are doing. And judging by some of the other answers, other vegetarians have no idea either. How can anyone say you ate well today? They obviously have NO clue.
Breakfast: Next time look into eating whole grain pancakes, they taste good and are better for you. Watch out for the syrup.
Snack: Fine
Lunch: Where's lunch??????
Dinner: Fine
Small cookies and granola bar bad..... Granola bars have lots of sugar added to them. So unless you bought from whole food store with no added sugar, try to limit granola bars.
Overall: For a day your diet was not bad. Keep in mind you are lacking a lot of nutrients for optimal health. Yes, you are low on calories but overall, I wouldn't say it was a good diet. There is nothing wrong with eating a sugary treat every now and then, but you had loads of sugar today, which is very bad. (Syrup, tootsie pop, honey oat bread, ranch, sugar cookies, granola bar).
A lot of people do not realize that items like ranch or honey oat bread have hidden sugars! So just eat healthy, a good rule of thumb is to eat as much items with labels you can read and understand. If not, you will find yourself scarfing down foods loaded with hidden sugar! Good luck!
Seems like it is mostly zero value white flour / white sugar carbs .
No protein and just a couple of vitamins in the tomatoes .
Pancake %26amp; syrup / junk food
Celery , no food value , peanut butter = fat , tootsie pop = junk
Subway only food value in tomatoes .
and sugar cookies ? MORE white flour / white sugar = junk food .
Mostly , Really , Really worthless .
At this rate your body Quality will drop to zero in no time .
But then again , every one dies at some point .
So if you are going to eat like that , just get cake and ice cream .
At least there is some constructive value in the milk ingredient .

Your profile says you are 14? And that's all you ate? Are you freaking kidding me? My rabbit eats more than that a day and he weighs 4 pounds.
Take all of this nonsense about eating slim and vegan crap and erase it out of your head. Eating like that at your age is going to do nothing but make you a prime candidate for bone loss and osteoporosis at a young age, along with a multitude of other health problems.
Don't they teach anything about eating right in schools anymore? Sorry to be blunt, but that's just ridiculous.
Breakfast: sounds fine! are you sure only ONE pancake?
Snack: very healthy, with a little treat
Dinner: no lunch? subway is always quite healthy. the cookies and granola bar aren't unhealthy.
You ate VERY healthy today. keep up the good work. You might want to try to eat a bit MORE. it can be unhealthy to skip lunch(:
id say,yea .. sorry... it would be horrible for my diet..
most of it is junk.. the only thing allright is the sandwitch
alot of people think that if you dont eat much, and just have a few sweets to get you by, youll loose weight and kind-of diet, but really all those small fatty things you have will be used up by your body because its the only thing youve had..
No, you may have not eaten enough.
I only see 2 meals. You shoud eat 3 times a day.
You can reserach all this stuff your self using google and figure it out all by yourself.
you ate a little less than you should. Put a little more substance into your eating.
You big pig!!!!!
Try eating about 10 times that much and you'll probably live.
I see a lot of good things going into your body. Just do a bit of exercise before bed if your worried, but other than that, you probably have consumed 800 calories at least today out of 2000 we all should.
