Did I eat healthy today?? Breakfast I had a lettuce and tomato burrito with chicken?

breakfast I had a breakfast burrito and I asked for lettuce and tomato to make it more healthy and starbucks coffee with splenda



lunch. Subway sandwitch with meatballs and lots and lots of lettuce added.



Dinner. Pasta and alfredo sauce with bacon and mushrooms and a side of green peas added to the sauce



So i pretty much never eat vegetables and I think I done pretty good what do u think? trying to lose weight

115 is to light for 5feet and 6 inches.



Adding shredded lettuce wich is usually iceburg and has the least nutrients does not really count as a veggie.



Do carrot sticks, celery, broccoli, cauliflower, peas, cucumbers etc... and ranch, hummus, salsa etc...
Good breakfast, horrible lunch, bad dinner.



Subway metaballs are barely meat and alfredo sauce is loaded with saturated dairy fat.



Also, if you are going to eat big carbs for dinner you chould be doing nighttime cardio (i.e. jogging after work).Did I eat healthy today?? Breakfast I had a lettuce and tomato burrito with chicken?
You're taking in a lot of carbs, and a lot of fat. Nix the subway stuff, all that bread.

You still haven't had any veggies, iceberg lettuce is like taking a sip of water, no nutrients, and a slice or two of tomato.

Alfredo sauce with bacon, come on.

Seems like you are trying to gain weight.

Go to a nutritionist or at least a doctor and get a good nutritional program.

But if you are new to vegetables do the transition slowly.
its not that bad, but its been said that we should be eating like five lighter meals a day instead of three heavier ones. its important to have lots of water, protein in each meal (especially diabetics), whole grain foods (not white), and fruit (fresh is better than canned cuz it doesnt have all the extra sugar). and as far as lettuce and veggies go, the darker green the better cuz they are high in iron, so iceburg lettuce for example doesn't do anything, its like water.. but spinach leaves are good. so pig out on all these kinds of foods and you'll be healther lol. hope this helped out some
