Will i lose weight if i keep up with this routine?

today i drank orange juice for breakfast and had a subway sandwich for lunch with a bottle of water and a few chunks of watermelon..then i ran on the treadmill for 30 mins..and i'll do 50 sit ups tonight...i want to lose at least 5 lbs...can i reach my goal if i continue with this routine everyday for the rest of this month?Will i lose weight if i keep up with this routine?
Try exercising first thing in the morning when you wake up, it doesn't have to be a full workout. Just some sit-ups or jumping jacks, etc. This will kick your metabolism into gear for the day and help burn fat all day long. Also, try eating a small meal every three hours, such as breakfast-3hrs-snack(carrots,watermelon,鈥?This way, your body is working all day long to burn off things it doesn't need. People think eating less times throughout the day will help them lose weight, except when you do that you put your body into conservation mode. Where it'll actually store more of what you eat into fat for later since it doesn't get food all the time. Hope this helps, good luck!!
