yes u will see results, but however, keep in minf that u won't be getting enough to keep u going for the day.

u can try slipping snacks in between, such as a homemade smoothie with fresh fruits or 1 oatmeal cookie and so on...

believe me, it truly doesn't feel good to be hungry!

don't push urself too much... go slow at first and then decrease the amount of food u'r eating or increase ur exercise time bit by bit

GOOD LUCK! ^_^
Wow thats amazing. Yea you will toataly see results!!If i eat subway every day?
well yes, but also you need to look at how many calories your taking in, cuz to me it sounds like that's not enough calories. That only sounds like about 1000 or less which is NOT healthy. Also, trust me, if you were to eat just those things your gonna get real sick of them after about 3-4 days. The exercise sounds great though, just look up how many calories you need to eat a day to lose X amount of weight and you should be good. Also keep up with the healthy food choices =)

do not eat less than 1500 calories because trust me you will be miserable, i tried that once and i was constantly hungry and it just lead to constant snacking.

tip: snack on celery if your hungry (it has 0 calories) just dont add peanut butter beacuse that stuff has a butt load of calories in it!
sure - but it's a waste of money and good food. Why not go to the supermarket and buy salad ingredients? Fresher, cheaper, nicer ingredients...
You should just go to the store and buy boneless skinless chicken and bake or grill it and you can cut it up and put it on top of a salad with a bunch of veggies. You can also buy lean white meat turkey lunch meat and cut that up as well. I'd take a multi-vitamin because you need calcium and other vitamins that you are not getting from dairy products and fruit.
While that may seem like a good plan, I think you're overdoing it. That may not be enough calories. I would say go ahead and eat the bread as long as its wheat or whole-grain. You may want to add some fruit along with the subs for more energy and vitamins. Fruit also contains complex carbohydrates, which are fine; its the simple ones like sugar that you want to avoid. Also consider eating yogurt and drinking milk to get calcium for your muscles and joints for your exercise (both can be low-fat). And if you really don't want the bread, you are better off buying your own turkey and veggies at the grocery store. Its cheaper and will save you time since you could go like once a week. Vinaigrette dressing contains good fats and can add a little flavor. Really decide if you need to lose so much weight. From what I'm hearing, you sound like you need more body confidence. Losing more than 1-2 pounds per week will shock your body and is unsafe.
After a week you would get over it.
Though you have the right idea about the foods you are eating and the activity level, you still have to take into account your body weight and the amount of calories that is needed to sustain and lose weight. A person can run the risk of not consuming enough calories in which your body will stop burning calories if you are not eating enough. The most proper and healthy way to lose weight is to consume 7 to 8 calories per pound of body weight from natural, whole foods such as fruits, vegetables, grains, and slow burning carbohydrates. So, a person that weighs 160 and wants to lose weight would consume 1120 to1280 calories per day, divided amongst 5 to six small meals. Good luck with your fitness endeavors.
Yea, that should work. That sounds like a great idea.
Limit how often you eat the eggs to help you later in life
While the 'Subway diet' is VERY successful for many people (yes it DOES work) keep in mind that there are a lot of very healthy low fat, low calorie menu items at Subway. Every sandwich on the 'Jared's Favorites' menu board is designed to help you control fat or calories. So you don't have to eat the same thing day after day after day....Also keep in mind that any time you do a diet routine that is so limited you greatly reduce the chances of it actually working as you will be less likely to stick to it. Visit Subway.com look at the nutritional information and give your self some more options, and for heaven sake don't limit your calories too very much or you will just do your body more harm than good.
