(I'm Fit so Relax)
Breakfast- 1 Bowl of cereal with milk and a bananana and 2 eggs
Lunch- 12" Turkey Cheese Sandwhich with lettuce tomato and peppers from subway
Snack- About 12 Cashews, Apple, Cottage Cheese Package
Dinner- Steak Salad and Pasta
Snack- Milk, Peanut Butter and Jelly Sandwhich and another Banana and a few crackers and a beerWhat time is it and what was everything you ate today?
breakfast- small bowl of fiber one cereal with fat free milk.
mid morning-2 eggs in whole grain tortilla with 1 slice fat free swiss cheese. some grapes and a banana on the side.
after my workout-a banana and a soy protein drink made with fat free milk
I haven't had dinner yet but I will in an hour.
dinner-grilled cheese sandwich made with 2 slices of whole grain toast and 1 slice of fat free swiss cheese, with a low sodium progresso soup, and 16 oz. veggie juice.
That's it. along with a lot of water all day. I am working on losing weight though. Not a maintenance diet lol.
the time now is 5pm.What time is it and what was everything you ate today?
Uhm.
I woke up at noon..
Lunch: veggitarian chili with a wholegrain bread slice and a little cinimon bun
Snack: Special K water thing (protein water?) and oyster crackers and a three plums
Dinner: Special K Berry Mix cerial with an apple!(:
That's all i think..
