Which food is healthy and which is not?

Breakfast - black coffee with 1 teaspoon sugar, two slices of whole wheat and turkey or one bowl of honey bunches of oats

Lunch - Chicken breast on wheat from Subway, green tea

Dinner - Rice with grilled chicken and vegetables

Does this sound healthy? Which foods should I omit out of my diet? Thanks!Which food is healthy and which is not?
It all sounds healthy. My only suggestions would be to use Splenda instead of sugar, use low fat milk on the cereal, and use whole wheat rice instead of white rice. Also, you might want to try counting the carbs in what you are eating, and maybe cut out a few of them. Try having some egg whites for breakfast every now and then..also get more fruits..maybe have an apple as a snack.
If you wanted to perfect that...

No coffee, and no sugar for breakfast. Forget the oats and have a natural muesli or some fruit instead.

Those chicken breasts at Subway are not that healthy.

Tea = perfect!Which food is healthy and which is not?
Ditch the wheat roll from subway (unless they can confirm it's whole wheat...it's always been my impression it isn't), maybe go with a wrap.

Stick with the bread/turkey. Second ingredient in Honey Bunches of Oats? Sugar.

And for dinner, just make sure it's brown (whole grain) rice.

If you do that, you'll be on a good path!
I would say every one of them are healthy. The only thing is that rice and sugar contain carbohydrates in them, which later can be stored as fat. If you are not worrried about that, then you are on the right track.
this is a LOT of meat and wheat (which is OhKay). u need to add more fruits and veggies as well as dairy.

eleminate the turkey for breakkie
Trade your sugar for splenda

Lose the rice at dinner (if you MUST have it, make sure its brown rice)

NO honey bunches of oats

Sound like you eed a few more calories to fuel you metablolism, you should really eat at leat 4 small meals a day 5 is preferred.. try adding another protien snack like cottage cheese, cheses stick or some veggies
even healthier than my "healthy" diet. You may need to add 4 -5 servings of fruit to make you feel good throughout the day. It works for me. Also, if chicken gets boring, add lean red meat and beans. Baked potato, chili, and an occasional desert or chips is good too.
Here is something you might not know........................ your body has a type that wants certain kinds of food to really excel. Go to the library and get a book on foods for your body type. You will be surprised at what you should eat and what you should not eat, to have all the power and health you are looking for.
it's not a perfect diet --- but it's WAY better than it could be!!! if you want to be picky, go with all natural and organic and fresh...don't eat from subway, etc... but in general i'd say that this is pretty good --- at least it's not mcdonalds
Yes, and no. There really aren't any fatty foods in there. The sub from subway is a healther choice than say McDonalds, but don't be fooled by their marketing schemes. There are still fats/ and TONS OF SODIUM in them. And add even more fat and calories if you have any sort of dressing/oil
I think you're missing fruits in your diet. Add more vegetables and fruits. The rest seems ok to me.
