Subway sandwich...healthy option for dieter?

I want to get the Sweet Onion chicken teriyaki on whole wheat bread with lettuce and no cheese. Thats it. Im on a diet, so does this sound okay for my dinner tonite? All Ive had today was a granola bar for breakfast, bag of veggie chips for lunch, and some grapes and a tiny York peppermint patty after school. Im 15.Subway sandwich...healthy option for dieter?
The sweet Onion Chicken Teriyaki is a good option with lettuce. Make sure to get it on the whole wheat and get a 6 inch sub. For your other meals, you should have more food for breakfast and lunch. Eating nothing is not good for you. When eating more, you also need to keep in mind what is nutritious and what is not. Good luck!
The Sweet Onion Chicken Teriyaki is a great choice for a dieter. I believe that it is one of the 6 gram subs (6inch) and this 6 grams includes all of the veggies (at the regular formula) and the Fat-Free Sweet Onion sauce. So since you are only going to get lettuce on your sub you have cut a lot of the grams! Just remember the greener the leaves the better for you, try to put a few baby spinach leaves on your sandwich just to be extra healthy!Subway sandwich...healthy option for dieter?
Teriyaki has a lot of salt, and you should avoid salt like the plague, because it makes you retain water, which shows as weight on the scale. Unless you can say tomorrow, well even though I gained 2 pounds, if I watch the salt for the new few days, it will go away and I'll be down like 5 pounds, go for it. Ask for little mayo if any at all, extra mustard, and lettuce and tomato.
Sounds good!...Also , have the scoop out some of the extra inner bread from the roll before they start making it..that shaves about 25 cals!!!!
yes that sounds okie dokie , if you arent a fan of wheat also try italian bread . it has less calories.
This sounds like good diet food.
