Yesterday this is basically what i ate:
breakfast a chewy bar, like usual. (90 calories)
lunch: a wrap with turkey, two small slices of cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, and banana peppers. with a little bit of mayo and italian dressing. and it was made on really thin 'bread'
dinner: a footlong sub at subway, i did not eat about 3/4 of the bread. i ate all the meat (turkey), cheese and some of the veggies off the sandwhich.

probly around 1500 that is a tad less than you should eat
