Is it possible to have too much wheat bread?

Usually I have a slice for breakfast, and two to make my sandwich for lunch. Lately, because of the warm weather, me and friends walk to subway for dinner A LOT. Also, a new dinner I'm liking to make that's quick and easy is tuna melts (healthy kind- no mayo) So that adds up to five pieces a day sometime. Usually I get the 35 calorie kind of bread- but is that still too much?Is it possible to have too much wheat bread?
Chuck Norris doesn't need to eat, food simply forces itself into his stomach.
Walking is a good exercise if you are taking 30 minutes or more. Carbs are fuel for the body if the body is working but you can have too many carbs if the body is not needing them. If you are exercising a few times a week to burn off the calories then extra bread may not impact. Is it possible to have too much wheat bread?
You can have too much bread. Bread is carbohydrate dense. With all of these carbohydrates, it is very possible to gain weight. It still is too much. Try to limit yourself to three slices a day, at most, and you should be in great shape.
