New York City Hotel Manhattan, subway to Manhattan or free shuttle to Manhattan.?

I have a tough one for all the New York travel savvy out there. I am looking for a NYC hotel for my trip on October 27th to Nov 1st. I am going the the Nightmare Haunted House and checking out the sites. Here is my dilemma.

I need a hotel in Manhattan with free or extremely cheap parking or on a subway line with 10-15 minutes of Manhattan or one with a FREE shuttle into Manhattan.

One that has a free breakfast.

One that has two beds full size or larger.

Something descent in cleanliness and a safe area - like 2 and half stars or higher.

and the kicker - at about $90-$135 a night.

I am not opposed to staying in Jersey if it meets the requirements. I have seen most of these requirements, but not all - if you have stayed at a place like this let me know exactly what it is. I know this may require a bit of searching, but I will give out 5 stars. ThanksNew York City Hotel Manhattan, subway to Manhattan or free shuttle to Manhattan.?
Hi, what you are looking for may exist in other parts of NYC, but of course, not Manhattan. NYC is an expensive city, much more expensive than many other big cities, and Manhattan is the most expensive place among the expensive. so, if you mean to find a 2.5 star hotel at about $90-$135 a night in Manhattan, just forget about it. there may be some cheap ones, but they can't comply with your other requirements. and free parking? parking is VERRRY expensive in Manhattan. what do you want free shuttle to Manhattan for? NYC has the world's most convenient public transportation.

so my suggestion to you is that, never drive to Manhattan, find a cheap hotel in Brooklyn or Bronx, or stay in NJ. some parts of Brooklyn are not that bad as people usually think, and one other thing you should know before coming, NYC hotel rooms are typically small, even the very expensive hotels offer small rooms. as you said, One that has two beds full size or larger - this maybe a suite, which is more expensive. and free breakfast i think that is not a big problem

Best Western Convention Center Hotel, Belnord Hotel, Hotel 31, The Pod Hotel New York, New York Hotels are very cheap, you may try them. hope the following site about NYC hotel could be a great help:

What you're looking for does not exist. There is no free parking in Manhattan. A "free" shuttle will cost you in a higher room cost. And that per night cost is totally unrealistic for Manhattan.

You might want to take a look at TripAdvisor.com.
