Is Subway healthy for a cross country runner?

If I were to ordered this sandwhich...



6 inch, 9 Grain Wheat Bread (40 grams of carbs, 210 calories)

No cheese

Banana pepper, Jalopenoes, pickles, cucumber, tomato, onions and olives and spinach leaves (50 calories)

Fat Free Honey Mustard (30 calories)

Fat Free Sweet Onion (40 calories)

I mean, as a female cross country runner, I need carbohydrates. I'd eat this and only have a banana for breakfast and a cliff bar before practice.Is Subway healthy for a cross country runner?
Yes, this is VERY good for you. Make absolutely sure that you are also getting the protein that you need from meat, nuts, and/or beans
