Will this Subway diet work? ?

Does the subway diet actually work? I got a TON of Subway gift cards for Christmas(like 100 dollars worth from different people) and am thinking of going on the Subway diet for a couple of weeks. Im considering having a normal breakfast, but for lunch buying a 5 dollar footlong(probably a cold cut combo, or oven roasted chicken breast), but splitting it. eaching 6 inches for lunch, then 6 inches plus something else(carrots, apple, etc) for dinner. Drinking water with each meal(cause I only drink water and milk). I know this diet will probably get old and bland quick, but thats fine with me. I just want to know what kind of weight loss I'll see, and if it's healthy to do this.Will this Subway diet work? ?
This will not work very well.

You gotta remember that subway is full of processed foods. The lettuce, tomato, cucumber doesn't help much.

If you want to make it work, get wheat bread, some meat that is low in fat. Chicken or cold cut is good. Cutting out the cheese would be ideal. And get a lot of veggies. And lay back on the sauces. They are full of sugar, calories and junk.



Don't depend on eating subway because like I said, it is processed food and not always very healthy. But it is the best compared to mcdonalds, burger king, etc.



Eat subway and at the same time eat home made meals. More healthy!

and it will most likely work because 6" of subway is only around 300 calories at the most, so thats about half of what most americans eat for every meal (600) and youll probably see some weight loss!! id deifetly sugest eating like a side of carrots and a glass of milk with each subway though, because if you dont eat enough, ur body will actually hold onto the fat.

that's called a yo-yo diet so once u've stopped and are eating normally again u'll gain all the weight back. Plus Subway isn't that healthy because it's processed fast food and u'll only be eating about 800 calories AT MOST so ur body WILL go into starvation mode and try to hold onto as much fat as it can. SO no ur diet will not work to answer ur question.
Why don't you try it and see it's not an unhealthy diet so go for it just make sure and write everything down that u eat and weigh your self before starting this diet in 2weeks see where u are you can also eat as much salads as u want just don't put eggs in them and use low cal dressing
It depends if you load it up with sauce. Also if you want any benefits of subway, make sure you buy most of your sub as veggie. The meat is all just processed and is loaded with fat.



No sauce, stick to veggie, get whole wheat bread, and when you do get meat, get turkey, and load it up with veggies like green peppers, tomatoes and cucumbers, with less lettuce.
For an otherwise strong boy, yes.
