I overcame anorexia now trying to gain muscle that was taken off?

i was anorexic until it hit me. what i was doing to my body was horrible. now i am still a healthy weight and would like to be less flabby. i still do not know how much to eat a day. i know what i ate today was not a healthy amount at all.

breakfast- yogurt, vitamins

lunch- plain soft taco

dinner- a subway footlong

what should i be eating a day? i notice i am still in starvation mode so my metabolism is screwed.I overcame anorexia now trying to gain muscle that was taken off?
