Is this subway sandwhich healthy?

Currently I am on a diet. I went for eating at burger king 4 times a day to eating a freshens orange shooter smoothie for breakfast, and 12 inch sub for lunch and if i get hungry a I snack on a few 100 calorie pack cheeze its (3max)..Anyways I was wondering if a 12inch cold cut trio, with provolone cheese and little bit of mayonnaise healthy. I looked on the site but it was confusing and included tomatoes, lettuce and all that junk.Is this subway sandwhich healthy?
sure... if your that concerned then just skip da mayo that can take off alot of calories
I guess the sandwich could be healthy but mayonnaise and cheese has a lot of cholesterol, may be you should switch to Swiss cheese with a little mustard.Is this subway sandwhich healthy?
you are looking at 688 cals for the 12 inch sub roll cheese and meat and mayo - drop the mayo and you save 100 cals

use spicey mustard instead 0 cals

it's healthy'ER. Everything you eat will have some bad ingredient (except bananas! yum). Do you have to get the cold cuts? Chicken or tuna would be a lot better.
all that bread, probably not, order Whole Wheat, less carbs %26amp; sugar
a little mayonnaise is okay. Just don't eat too much of it. Plus provolone cheese is fine.
YA I THINK ....BUT IF YOU DROP THE MAYO THAT WILL BE GOOD...BUT A BETTER IDEA IS JUST ASK THEM IS ITS HEALTHY AND THEY WILL SHOW YOU THE CALORIES IN IT AND IF ITS HEALTHY....MY RELATIVE DID THAT AND IT WORKED...SHE WAS ON A DIET ALSO

well i work at subway and have been for 2 months now. yeah it's healthy. some of the food items contain alot of sodium but yeah besides that it's healthy for you and good. Subway is deff one of the healthiest fast food resteraunts if not the healthiest!

Healthy food is tricky. There's food that sounds good for you, but may not be.



For example, the smoothie is a great start to your day IF it doesn't have sherbert or sorbet and stuff in it...because then that's just desert. You should make sure that smoothie is all fruit.

There's tricks like that in your sandwich as well. It would SEEM that the sandwich is healthy. But to really be healthy, it should be on wheat bread (or make it a wrap to minimize carbs), and be a low fat meat (no salami, no roast beef etc. Turkey and chicken are best). The mayonaise isn't the best...but if you go light, it's no soooo terrible if there is only a little. Try substituting mayonnaise with the oil and seasonings that they offer.

Regardless, it's a pretty healthy sandwich. Congratulations on making such a great lifestyle change for yourself!
Its healthier than BK, but it would be better if you cut out the mayo. I like the Subway Club and I put sweet onion dressing on it (on WW, the dressing is only 1pt) and it keeps the sandwich moist like mayo would, only it adds flavor where mayo doesn't.
Well the 6" cold cut sandwich is 250 cal %26amp; 17 grams of fat. Then add 110 cal %26amp; 12 grams of fat for mayonnaise (1 tblsp), cheese 50 calories %26amp; 4 grams of fat, tomatoes have only 5 calories, but I don't know what type of bread your using or any other condiments you might be using.
No. If you're on a diet, don't eat fast food.

You have to go with the healthiest cut of meat - chicken breast if they have it - all of the cold cuts have high fat and calories. Go with no cheese, and no mayo. Add the veggies to make it more filling, and have it on whole wheat bun.

Every sandwich is healthy at subway as long as it is 6 inches and doesn't have mayonaisse or ranch or any other dressing also without cheese. So basically the meat and any veggies that is it.
