How much have i eaten today (calories) 10 points!?

OK i just want to know because i'm curious.



breakfast:banana

recess:half a cheese sandwich (white bread)

lunch:ham sandwich full (white bread)





how much have i eaten so far because i want to eat a vegetarian subway roll tonight. 6"How much have i eaten today (calories) 10 points!?
To be honest no one on this forum can say, because you have eaten different amount and portion size of that food so we would have no clue. BTW theirs an app called Loose it for iphones and ipod touches its good it gives you a rough amount of how much calories you have consumed rust me :).
Try fatsecret.com to work it out. We can't tell you because we don't know how big the slices of bread were, how thick the slices or cheese or ham were, whether the bread had butter or margarine on it, or any dressings.

Did your sandwiches have anything else on them? If so, your calories will be higher. According to mypyramid.gov you have only eaten 492 calories so far.

these are approximate and I am assuming there was no mayo on the sandwiches.
