Does this sound like a healthy meal plan?

Breakfast -

2 scrambled eggs, slightly salted.

half a slice of rye bread

small bowl of watermelon

water bottle



Lunch -

Subway 6 inch

wheat bread, ham and american cheese. toasted.

lettuce cucumber and ranch.

Snack - 90 calorie honey nut special K bar

That was my day so far, tell me what i should improve or replace in what i ate for other days. And what should I eat for dinner, and a night snack? Thanks.Does this sound like a healthy meal plan?

It sounds good so far but try not to make subway a regular thing, as healthy as it is compared to most fast food it's still a 'fast food'. It's good only every once in a while :)

You got fruit and vegetables in there which is great, good job on eating wheat bread too!

For a night snack you should try a single serve yogurt, look for a low calories brand. I know light activia is only like 70 calories and for dinner get some more vegetables in there! Maybe a yummy chicken salad?



If your craving something sweet you can put a chocolate pudding in the freezer and it taste just like chocolate ice cream but it's only around 110 calories :)
