How does my diet for today look?

Breakfast: 2x weetabix, 2x toast with jam

Lunch: 6inch Turkey Breast Subway with lots of salad

Dinner: Weightwatchers Tomato Soup

Snacks: 1 Banana, 3x Satsumas



Water Intake: 4-5 Litres

Exercise: 45 min cardio, 15 min weights, 60 min swimHow does my diet for today look?
what is this, a dead mans diet?!

tomato soup for dinner are u kidding, when u familys tucking in to a beautiful roast dinner, with yorkshire puds, greasy potatoes and think meat, ur sitting there with a bowl of tomato soup, i sure hope its heinz
i think you will lose wheight,however i do not think it is a healthy diet you do not mention vegetables they are important.you need more at dinner try fish grilled steamed etc with veg and and a baked potatoe.

in addition to the above comments add variety to all of your mealsHow does my diet for today look?
try having chicken or fish for dinner with veg instead of the soup coz its not very good for you it has alot of sugar in it and not enough calories chicken or fish has loads of protein and low in fat too .
Sounds very good but i would also have a salad with your soup for dinner, in fact salad and bread isn't going to hurt you, surely just a soup wont fill you up?
I think you should eat a bit more for your dinner and you do alot of exercise for one day.
do you seriously think we care about what youre eating today?
