How much weight will I lose by eating this?

A footlong subway spicy italian on italian bread with american cheese, lettuce pickle cucumber olive honey mustard mayo.



For lunch and dinner, no breakfast, plus walk 1 1/2 hours a day.

not much because you are eating bread and cheese. dont eat dairy or bread!
very low because it actuatly gains fat in your body because your body than feeds on nothing and bloats. follow this better

Breakfast:



2 whites of eggs with lime

this will help crave any cravings

a glass of pure orange juice





Lunch:

salad with 2 teasppons of your choice of vinegrate and bite size pieces of chicken breast grilled and not fried or baked



Dinner:



a few green beans with black pepper and olive oil baked in microwave



a chicken breast grilled witgh your choice of seasoning

and steamed veggies



Dessert:



fruit salad

you need to eat a healthy breakfast. also, eating a lot of little meals is much better than 2 larger meals because it will keep your metabolism higher.



as for your sandwich, switch italian bread for whole grain wheat lose the mayo (or make it light mayo at least!) and lose the cheese...and pretty sure turkey is leaner than all the salami and pepperoni.



i wouldn't expect to lose much weight, if any, with this diet. exercise will help though.
You actually need breakfast if you want to be healthy and loose weight. It fuels the body for the day and helps keep your metabolism up to speed. Studies show that people who eat breakfast actually tend to weigh LESS than people who do not. The walking every day is good, however your meal plan needs variety. First, eating the same thing EVERY DAY is a no-no. Also, a footlong spicy italian sandwhich has a LOT of calories. If you are going to have it, try a smaller portion if you must eat it. If you want to lose weight make small home cooked meals and eat small snacks (fruit and vegetables are ideal) in between. It depends on how much calories is in the meal you eat. If the 1 1/2 hours of walking a day burn more calories than you eat then you will lose weight. As long as you burn more than you consume.

j/k it all depends on how many calories you burn from walking (which is different for everyone) and how many calories the sandwiches are.
if u eat breakfast u will lose weight cause u dont go into "survival" mood till u eat lunch

eat sacred food: salmon and berries and tea....and wild rice, celery and salad. Plan your meals...spicy food is good for losing weight.
As long as the calories burnt off when walking is more than what you eat you'll lose weight.
Spiritually speaking, BELIEVE the sandwich will get you to heaven and it will.
None. Walking does not make you loose weight. YOu have to get up your heart rate. Nor will carbs(bread) and fat (cheese, olives, mayo)
Walking doesn't burn very many calories. You need to elevate your heart rate. Get rid of the mayo, too.
