Question about Subway Sandwhiches?

I have been going to subway to eat their sandwiches for about 2 weeks now every day. Well as im trying to lose weight right now(i weigh about 185 lbs.) and I am strictly limiting myself to eating just greens. Well, I thought about it and i came up with the conclusion, if I order for example a turkey breast 6 inch sub witch american cheese, no mayo, and extra mustard with ALL the vegetables(that way it fills me up a little better) the oils and salt and pepper, does that seem like it has a lot of calories? I also eat the bag of chips and diet coke. This is for dinner. For lunch i eat a salad with ranch dressing(not excessively), 8 crakers and about 5 cold chicken nuggets cut up in my salad. For breakfast I eat a bowl of honey bunches of oats with almonds. I also go to the gym 3 times a week for 2-3 hrs each time. Is this a good amount of calories for a diet, eating all of this in one day every day? Does it sound like a reasonable nutritional plan to lose weight?Question about Subway Sandwhiches?
No. forget the Pepsi, even if it is diet, it's not good for someone on a diet and forget the chips.

You have to remember to exercise also. You take in calories, you also have to expend them. Also drink lots of water, as it flushes you out.
sounds resonable but for one of these days would drink only water to flush systemQuestion about Subway Sandwhiches?
yes where am i going wrong. well done
Suggestions:

1. Reduce the amount of sugar. Check your ranch dressing, chips and honey bunches of oats.

2. Reduce the amount of white starches and get to whole grains. Instead of Honey Bunches eat whole grain cereals like oatmeal, shredded wheat and bran flakes.

Otherwise, if you are working out so much, you are getting enough protein and should be fine.

good luck!
Sounds healthy enough for me...But do remember to burn those digested calories by doing some regular execise as well...I know it might sound a little hard to do, but the will power to eat healthy is a great start to other healthier activities and it speeds the process of losing those unwanted kilos...Good Luck and have a great time getting in shape!
you sound like you're doing okay, Id cut back on the oils salt and pepper, even though they are what make the sub awesome. I'm not a nutritionist, but it sounds like you got a good thing going, you're not starving yourself to death and at the same time not cutting yourself alot of slack. I'm betting if you keep it up, you'll get the results you desire. Good luck mate!
doesnt sound like your eating that much. just need to drink water every now and then. and maybe lay back on the chips. just a little at a time will will be fine!
to be honest, it seems excessive.

try a 6 inch veggie sandwich on wheat with no cheese, all the veggies, just vinegar (NO OIL, it will add 45 calories), and salt and pepper. This will add to about 230 calories. Those chips your eating? Gross, no good for you. Not to mention, they'll undo all your hard work. Also, ranch dressing, no matter how little is bad. Try replacing it with vinegar or a different dressing besides a "creamy" or "gravy" one. These usually pack tons of excess calories and fat. Also, the chicken nuggets are undoing the idea of the salad. Try grilled chicken if you must eat meat.

Honey bunches of oats packs a lot of sugar. And although it's hard to give up, it doesn't give much nutrition comparatively anyway. Try Fiber Bran which is lightly sweetened or something with less calories, but more fiber to keep you full. Also, use skim or soy milk to the least. Never put any excess so it sits in the bowl.

Hope this helps and good luck
That is not a lot of calories. I use the red vinegarette dressing at Subway, and it is just as good as the Italian dressing. I always use lowfat salad dressing. McCormick Salad Toppins (crispy thingies), bacon bits, and croutons are good on the salad, too. The government has a website that shows all the calories and other nutritional information for any food. It's database is excessively complete with many thousands of entries.

The dietdetective.com has a calorie counter. The link is on the left side of the page. If you weigh 185, then 2500 calories more or less is about normal.

I took the time to write all the calories for all the food that I eat on WordPad. It took a couple of hours, but it really helped me to know how much I was eating and to be conscious of it during the day.
Eat healthy and not junk food and that too when hungry and not more than three times a day. Water alone can be taken in between.

Chew each morsel at least 32 times so that ur body massaging system is activated and tells u in time that u have had enough.

Take light exercises and brisk walks on regular basis. U will attain ur desirable weight within a reasonable time.
