Will I lose wieght if I eat a Bowl of cereal for breakfast and a 6" subway sandwich for luch and no dinner....?

I will also be working out 1 hour on tues, thurs, fri, sat, and sunday Should i see results with this diet plan? Will I lose wieght if I eat a Bowl of cereal for breakfast and a 6" subway sandwich for luch and no dinner....?
No, you are not eating enough of the right foods and skipping a meal will only train your body to retain whatever fat it gets.

You need to add fruits, vegeatables and protein to your diet. These will also give you energy for your workout. At the moment, your diet is mostly carbohydrates, which is bad.

It is best to eat 5 small meals a day. Cereal for breakfast, a piece of fruit or yogurt around 10 a.m., Subway for lunch, maybe another piece of fruit or yogurt around 3 and a salad (preferrably with some kind of protein like grilled chicken, fish or egg on it) for dinner. Use Low Fat dressing on your salad. Drink water with every meal. This will be enough calories to function, low fat and your body will not feel the need to retain fat since you are feeding it plenty.

Also, eating more often you are less likely to feel hungry and will be able to resist the urge to eat foods that are bad for you more. You need to eat in a way that is sustainable over the long haul, not a short fad-like diet.

Good luck
Yes you will, but this is in no way a healthy diet. You need to add fruits and vegetables and protein as snacks in between.

Make your breakfast bigger with some extra fruit or veggies you like. Take a yogurt for in between and add an apple or banana to the sub. Then have some nuts as a snack (if you are not allergic) and do eat something light for the evening, which has more protein and vitamins and minerals. If you don't have enough protein, vitamins, minerals and some carbs in your diet and you work out the way you say you will, you will get weak very quickly and screw up your body and hormones on top of it.Will I lose wieght if I eat a Bowl of cereal for breakfast and a 6" subway sandwich for luch and no dinner....?
Sorry to be the bearer of bad news....but you are not eating nearly enough. When your body senses any sign of starvation- it does only one thing...store fat. Period. You can work out until you are blue in the face...but you will see ZERO results, get frustrated, quit and resume your normal habits. End of story.

Suggested Meal Plan:

Breakfast = Banana, one egg, slice of toast, piece of ham

Snack1 = Granola Bar

Lunch = Subway Sandwich

Snack2 = Bowl of cereal

Dinner = Chicken breast and veggies

The above plan does one thing....burn calories. Constantly digesting food BURNS CALORIES. The human body requires a minimum of 1500 calories a day...just to LIVE. Anything below that, and the body goes into fat storage mode. This is a classic example of metabolic syndrome. Master your metabolism...and the weight suddenly FLIES OFF you!!!
Yes, but that's not a good way to lose weight but hey if you want to do it that way then go right ahead.

Also depends on what is on the subway sandwich! No cheese or Mayo or anything good like that.

Actually, what you should do is have a big breakfast and smaller meals throughout the day. like have say six small meals. Not three meals. Having two meals a day will cause you to lose weight at first but then your metabolism will slow down and you won't be able to lose anymore weight. Those are the simple painful truths.

One big meal in the morning and five smaller meals throughout the day time. And absolutely no calorie intake after 8 pm. Not even a snack just water.
You will see results but you will still not be healthy. What you should do, is exercise for maybe 30 minutes to an hour 3 times a week. Anything between jump roping, swimming, running and weight lifting. That will take care of the outside of your body. To eat healthy. You should eat 6-8 times a day, about every two hours, small portions. A small portion should be the size of your fist, for each type of food. Fruits, veggies, meat, and carbohydrates. Sounds crazy I know but listen and see why I say this. You gain weight by eating only when you are hungry, do you know why? It is because your body knows when you eat and when you eat only a few times a day it hold the food until the next time you eat, thinking well who knows the next time I will have food so I am going to keep as much as I can which causes you to gain weight. If you ate small portions every 2 hours your body will hold no food and your metabolism will be high meaning it would hold no food and gaining no weight. You should eat LEAN MEAT. Only small portions again meaning as big as your fist or the palm of your hand. What you need have with each meal is PROTEINS here are some choices (chicken breast turkey breast lean ground turkey swordfish orange roughy haddock salmon tuna crab lobster shrimp top round steak top sirloin steak lean ground beef lean ham egg whites or substitutes of low fat cottage cheese). You need one portion of CARBOHYDRATES-( baked potato sweet potato yam squash pumpkin steamed brown rice steamed wild rice pasta oatmeal barley beans corn strawberries melon apple apple orange fat free yogurt and whole wheat bread). These are the VEGETABLES you need to eat. (Broccoli asparagus lettuce carrots cauliflower green beans green peppers mushrooms spinach tomato peas Brussel sprouts artichoke cabbage celery zucchini and cucumbers. Some extra stuff like dressing to use or sprays are( skim milk non fat cook spray fat free mayo dill pickle relish lemons whole wheat tortillas salsa low fat cheddar cheese low fat sour cream chicken broth spices safflower oil). Remember choose one out of every category and eat a meal 6-8 times a day. Drink water or healthy juice no soda. You will be very healthy about 6 weeks after getting used to his. Hope this helps you! It did many other people.
You will probably lose at first, but this is not healthy. What will happen is that your body will start to think that it is starving so when you do eat, even if its something small %26amp; healthy, it will hold on to the fat/calories. Basically it will just store it as fat. Eating a healthy bowl of cereal with fruit and a healthy sub sandwich (no mayo or cheese) AND sensible healthy dinner will help. You should never feel hungry. Try small snacks...fruit, popcorn, cottage cheese etc. I've recently lost 26 lbs and I eat breakfast, snack, lunch, snack and dinner. Make sure that you have a mix of proteins/carbs. Protein and fiber will help you feel more satisfied. Exercise will do amazing things too. Even if its just walking for 30 minutes.
Yes, that is not really healthy, though. Add a grilled chicken salad for supper with Fat Free Italian dressing with romain lettuce and/or spinach and other veggies you like.

Also on your subway, skip the cheese, mayo, ranch, and chipotle sauce, no sodas and drink lots of water and get plenty of rest. Make sure your milk is skim. You may want to add a glass of skim milk or choco skim milk and a piece of fruit (or two) for snacks. You will still lose weight, but you will feel much better and be healthy like this.
No. The best way to lose weight is to have about 5 small meals during the day. The cereal is good (make sure no sugar or frosting!). If you're going to have a 6' sub for lunch, make sure yo keep it light on the mayo. Don't skip dinner, eat another bowl of cereal if you have to. Eat plenty of fruit and veggies between your meals and drink lots of water!
Umm... depends on what you are used to eating, your metabolism, ect.

That doesnt sound like the best bet for daily eating..

My routine is simple and keep me in shape..

I work out 4-5x a week.. cardio for 45 mins a day.. and weight training.

Diet..

For breakfast

2 egg whites and one slice of whole weat or half cup of oatmeal.

Snack

either some dried fruit, nuts or berries.

Lunch

Either grilled chicken or fish, serving of steamed veg.

Snack

Protein shake

Dinner

Fish or chicken.. half cup of brown rice, veg.
Depends what cereal you eat and what you put on your sub.

You should eat dinner. If your body is not getting enough calories, it will just store more of them whenever it does get some.

I would eat 4-5 small meals per day.

It's really not healthy to skip a meal, it can affect your heart, brain, and liver.
No, because your body needs a wide viraiety of nutrients, and if you keep eating the same thing your body will pack it away and save it as fat.

And by not eating dinner you'll be starving come breakfast time and you will want to eat more.
With diets, here's what you'd have to eat...

1 cup cereal with 1/2 cup skim milk

6 inch wheat bread, pref. chicken breast, no cheese, no condiments (mustard is the better than mayo though) no salt..

Yeah, you'd eventually see some results.
Ya but it's going to be really hard and your not going to be getting enough calories most likely. Try just snacking through out the day and not eating big meals or after 7pm. Eat things like brocoli, brown rice, nuts, dry chicken, stir fry's oatmeal and so on
yes .. but i would still eat dinner .. maybe just an all green salad .. and also drink lots of water! it helps u digest better .. also i would try out soy milk with your cereal .. its much less fattening then regular cows milk

.. also the exercise will help tons!

good luck .. hope this was helpful for ya :)
First of all , you DO NOT lose weight by not eating. Eat small healthy meals 5-6 times a day. Do not snack, and continue to work out.

But don't not eat, you will eventually gain weight that way.
hello i lost 11 lbs in 3 weeks wich i know my self i couldve lost more but i ate like alot of jusk food for about a week i believe that aslong as you work out and you are going to c results
what matters is how many calories you burn versus how many calories you consume....

a good way to keep track is www.fitday.com

you will lose weight if you burn more calories than you intake

skipping meals will make you put ON weight in the long run not lose it
yes but there are no fruits and the few veggies on your sandwhich is not enough to get the recommended vitamins and minerals.
Yep, be sure to not drink anything with calories.
Probly, but real women have curves ;)
