Can i lose weight eating subway sandwiches and salad only?

can i lose weight eating a bowl of oatmeal for breakfast,and apple for snack,subway sandwhich for lunch,granola bar for snack and subway sandwich for dinner?Can i lose weight eating subway sandwiches and salad only?
you can but it is depend on what kind of sandwich you get from subway. for example if you get turkey sandwich on wheat bread with olive oil lettuce and tomato you will be fine.

What you are saying is still a d i e t. D i e t s only help in the short term. You need a lifestyle change you can live with the rest of your life. Weight Watchers has such a lifestyle change. You can eat anything you want, just more portion control and no seconds and drink at least 3 16 oz. bottles of water a day and drink 2 cups of milk and have 2 t of good oil. Eat lots of veggies and fruit. I do eat 6" subway sandwiches usually once a week for supper. I usually have a Kbar and a piece of fruit for breakfast and an apple for lunch and maybe a few nuts for a snack and then supper and maybe a snack of popcorn in the evening. Applebees has a Weight Watchers menu for supper that's good. I walk outside or walk with an exercise DVD inside. Loosing 1 or 2 lbs a week is normal for me and if I quit loosing I am usually reporportioning.

you prolly can i dont know for sure i mean drink water and staff and just go outside and walk and staff and staff i mean i was 180 iam down to 1 45 now i mean thats what iam doing
You can lose weight by eating anything if you exercise enough.
No, you can stop putting on as many pounds, if anything.

Go excersise, stop being lazy.
you have to exercise.
i think you could loose wieght doing that if you are getting enough calories
