I would try a mix of protein and complex carbs.
How about 2 egg white omlette with lowfat cheese and some whole grain cereal.

Try this: whole grain cereal with fresh fruit, orange juice, and maybe an egg. By the way, there's nothing wrong with having toast as one of the things you can eat with your breakfast. One or two pieces of toast isn't going to make you fat or anything like that. Try whole wheat toast - much tastier than white bread.
How about any of the following;
Oatmeal, Yogurt, Fruit, Trail Mix.

The best thing to eat with your breakfast is fruit. Try eating some cut strawberries or mango, melon, waermelon, fruit is alwasy the best to go they are healthy and they give you the energy you need to start your day
how about a hard-boiled egg and an orange? or a piece of cheese and a glass of orange juice.......(you need protein and a fruit or veggie with each meal)
