Help! How is my diet so far today? For Breakfast, I had a 3 inch Subway eggwhite sandwich on flatbread and?

You need to actually eat something for lunch. Don't just have tea. You are going to get a lot of people on here telling you different ways to diet but to be honest, make sure your body is getting nutrition or you will be starving yourself and that's not healthy at all. Try to eat healthy and live an active lifestyle.

starving yourself at certain meals like u did during lunch is only going to make ur bod think that it needs to retain more calories and it will be harder to lose the ones you DO eat.

Many small meals during the day is how you are supposed to eat to lose weight because it keeps your metabolism high and working well.

Here is what you should cut out if you are eating these things: white bread, dairy in moderation, soda, excessive fruit (too much is unnecessary sugar EVEN though it is fructose and not sucrose or lactose), candy, etc.

What you should make sure to include in your diet: various types of beans (esp. because you are a vegetarian), whole grain bread, greens, veggies, 2% milk, and make sure you eat more than a 3" sandwich all day! Thats half of the HALF of the sandwich that subway sells only for $5.00 lol. good luck. (btw if you want to lose weight fast taking up jogging for at least 7-10 minutes a day will do wonders) I lost 10 pounds in a month the healthy way and i felt great.Help! How is my diet so far today? Eggs are fine for a vegetarian, they aren't meat.



Flatbread has a lot of carbs. If you are trying to lose weight, cut carbs. Get a fatsecret.com or myfitnesspal.com account so you can track fat, carbs and calories.
