What are healthy foods I can eat for breakfast, lunch and dinner ?

I'm trying to start a new diet %26amp; lose fat weight and gain lean muscle. What are foods that are great %26amp; healthy for breakfast, lunch, and dinner ? And is ONLY drinking a protein shake alone good for breakfast and is Subway really good for you ?What are healthy foods I can eat for breakfast, lunch and dinner ?
haha, it's really good to know so many are so concerned about their health.



well, unless you're into serious bodybuilding, a well-balanced and healthy diet plan is enough for you to be fit.



you don't have to over complicate things by counting calories, but just remember to eat clean. less junk and always choose the healthier choice while deciding what to eat.



For breakfast, i would suggest fruits, you can go over the grocery store everyweek and buy a week supply of fruits, any types of fruits will do. don't drink cow milk, it's not that good along with fruits, you can try soy milk and other rice milks, they contain a lot proteins too.



for a pre-lunch snack, you can have a protein shake, and for lunch you can have carbs and protein, fish and potatoes, steak and rice...



for high tea, you can have fruits or some salad.



for dinner, you want to go a bit easy on your stomach, you can have lots of vegetables, beans and some quinoa. if you're hungry before sleep, then you can have some cottage cheese.



with this type of diet, it's really hard not to be healthy.

BREAKFAST - Choose from the following formula 1 (herbalife protein shake) or browntoast 2 eggs and either porridge or weetabix MID MORNING SNACK - choose from 1 piece of fruit, protein bar, 1 oatcake LUNCH - formula 1 (herbalife protein shake) or chicken/turkey + veg MID AFTNOON SNACK - choose from 1 piece of fruit, 1 oatcake, handful of dry roasted nuts DINNER - choose from turkey chicken or fish with rice and veg



please keep in mind this is my diet plan and you have to follow it for a while to see results dont expect things over night iv lost approx 5-6lbs in 14 days but that through exercising aswell

Drinks: NO sugary drinks. Drink Water herbal teas lemon and water. Shakes for breakfast are okay but try having one fruit after drinking.(only eat fruit in the morning)



Breakfast: fruit and natural health shakes.



Lunch: nuts, vegatable soups, salads.



Dinner: white meats (chicken, fish) limit yourself to having read meat three times a week.(pork beef minced meat ...) vegatables only coom with extra virgin olive oil. Add lemon juice to your fish. Mix it up have whatever you want aslong as its healthy.



Snacks = NO. if you must then have gluten free buiscuits. No crisps subway McDonald's cakes ect. Natural food is good for you. It's hard at first but if you stick at it you'll notice the difference and that will motivate you. If you need help message me and ill give you more information and help. Good luck :)
