What are some good combinations for the subway breakfast sandwhiches?

You ask a good question, as we have so many different possible combinations to offer. I prefer to stay on the healthy side, my only exception being that instead of the light wheat english muffin, I opt for the flatbread with an egg white omelet, spinach, tomatoes, motz cheese and a light dusting of salt and pepper. The most popular breakfast item would be our Western regardless of muffin, flatbread or fresh baked bread. You have a choice between a classic or egg white only omelet; then it is served with ham, green peper and onion. Like a little spice, have Peperjack Cheese (if offered in your market), with jalapanoes and Chipolte Southwest Dressing. Too much flavor for you? Keep it simple: add a slice or two of tomatoe and salt and peper to taste.
