Can you loose weight by eating subway?

eat a good breakfast and eat one subway day.. will that work Can you loose weight by eating subway?
You can lose weight eating big macs, its all about portion. Your body naturally burns anywhere from 1800-2500 calories a day (more if your extremely muscular), so as long as you dont go over your magic number, you should be fine.



As for eating healthy at subway it's hard. The numbers are misleading as the fat content is taken before you add cheese + dressing. I would reccomend not adding those, and having water instead of a soft drink.



Just remember though, People have gone on Mcdonald's only diets, and ahve lost weight just because they only ate a tiny bit. It's all about calories.

I used to work at subway and there is a lot of options when it comes to making a sub.



Unless your going to eat a turkey sub with spinach and tomatoes and other veggies; skipping the cheese, ranch and other dressings; yes.



It could be possible to lose weight, but you have to eat HEALTHY.



Subway is a gimmick, then once they have you at the counter you'll usually give in to your desires.



But Ive seen people get tuna wraps, or sometimes just toast some turkey and add veggies.



Eating Healthy alone wont help. You have to minimize your consumption and drinks lots of water and physically work at it. Lifting weights will cause you to gain weight in the form of muscle that if you don't tone up, it will become "Mass".



Just eat less, eat healthy, drink lots of H20 and have a really athletic workout.



Dont hog down a BLT Sub, lift some weights and call it a day.



Drink lots of water, jog, or do some kind of other cardio, AND eat only when your stomach growls and you'll start to see results within a month.



See, people eat when their not hungry and thats the biggest problem.

you can lose weight there IF you order the right things. I used to think that anything at subway was healthy- and then I learned that my favorite sandwich had 26 grams of fat in it. Order from the 7 subs with 6 grams of fat or less menu.
