Is it healthy to eat Subway everyday?

Ok so I eat this almost everyday because I'm never home.

A six inch, wheat, turkey breast NO cheese, with everything on it, with Vinegar and mustard.

That is the sandwich I get. No chips. Is it healthy or not? because It IS fresh fit but I dont know if that's always bad. Oh and my breakfast and dinner is always a Special K bowl of cereal with fat free milk.Is it healthy to eat Subway everyday?
Not that actually sounds really good, especially with wheat bread and no cheese. You didn't mention if you get a drink or not, because that drink can REALLY make that healthy sandwich worthless! So, if you are drinking soda, keep away from that. If not, I think thats a great diet!



Just remember, it may not be good every single day because you will get tired of it very quickly, and soon find yourself munching on things you shouldn't be! Keep some variety and maybe eat that sandwich every other day and have something else healthy on the other days. Make sure to try something new and healthy every week too! Add new things like a fresh new salad.
I think you should vary your meals! Don't you ever feel tired of subs? Try eating a salad or soup sometimes! Eat at Panera Bread sometimes! It's also good to sit down and eat a nice, plentiful meal each week or so at a restaurant. Cook at home as well! You'll feel healthier, and you may improve your culinary skills too! For dinner, you should be eating a larger meal. Eat some pasta, salad, or steak. Be sure that you are consuming the right proportions out of each category as the food pyramid suggests. Subway isn't as healthy as people say. Deli Meat first of all, is packed with sodium. This increases blood pressure. One sandwich from subway has as much sodium as a french person eats in a week. Like 6grams or something. Their wheat bread is processed, along with all of the vegetables.

But in terms of the normal american..yes, its okay. I wouldn'teat it if you paid me money
its not bad but to much of everything isnt good u should limit ur subway subs to about 2-3 times per week instead.
thats pretty healthy, as long as you dont get a soda or cookie with it. try to add some variety into your diet!!!
