Could you lose weight eating one 6 inch wheat subway sandwhich a day?

i would eat a piece of fruit and water for breakfast, and eat half of a 6 inch subway sub, for lunch and the other half for dinner with lots of water? could you lose weight this way or would the bread keep weight on? keeping in mind that i would be doing daily cardio...and light weights to tone..

Yes i did this being on weight watchers since the subway sandwiches are only like 4 points. I did the exact same thing and added the bag of chips and diet soda with the meal everyday. i lost 5 pounds the first week and then roughly 4 pounds a week after that. Im not gonna sit here and tell you like most people would not to do it, i needed to lose weight fast and i was overweight. It actually made me feel better too knowing that i was losing the weight without excersise. You will lose more if you excercise tho. I wish you luck and happy dieting!
the thing about subway is you can't have a lot of the dressings, cheese and veggies. i would try a wrap, they are yummy

Anyway, you need two 6 inch subs a day, not one. I sorta misunderstood the question and told you what you were doing would be fine. NOT on just one a day. Fine on 2 a day.
