I've been hearing bad things about the Subway english muffin sandwiches even though they're only 180 calories, but they dont taste that bad to me. Alot of people say they're salty though.
Well what do you think? Is the Egg McMuffin still the best or are Subway's english muffins better? I like getting the english muffin with egg whites and black forest ham.Healthwise: Who has the best fast food breakfast?
I own an "Eat This Not That" book and it says the Egg McMuffin is generally the healthier breakfast because it contains alot of protein.
the best and cheapest way to go is to grab a granola bar before you leave your house (and maybe a piece of fruit) but i would say if you really want to eat out consider this:
McDonald's BEST Breakfast Choices:

All the Stripes gas stations have started having food of the Mexican variety. They have steam tables just chock full of good things for breakfast and lunch. I'm sure they aren't good for me but you can stuff a flour tortilla with anything you want and it's all good. It's also really reasonable. . .but those flour tortillas are killers. . .
My Mum's house. She always makes a fantastic breakfast.
The trouble is she is miles away and you have to stay the night to get one in the morning.
i think that subway has the best fast food breakfast.
