Lunch: Progresso Chick Noodle Soup w/ Lettuce %26amp; Brownie
Dinner: Cheese Ravioli w/ Fruit Cocktail
I have a 3 yr. old daughter and she loves these foods so i make them for her.
Breakfast - Oatmeal (Made with 1/2 cup of traditional rolled oats, 1 cup of skim milk, 1/2 cup of water, a chopped pear, a sprinkle of nutmeg, 2 Tb of wheatgerm %26amp; 1 Tb of natural crunchy peanut butter)
It was tasty and very filling :.)
Lunch - A slice of wholegrain bread with 1 slice of reduced-fat cheddar cheese
Afternoon snack - A mandarine
Dinner - A grilled beef pattie, with orange mash (made with half potato, half pumpkin %26amp; a little bit of margarine and skim milk) and steamed vegetables (sliced carrot, broccoli, a small corn cob %26amp; 1/2 cup of peas)

Breakfast; buffalo chicken wrap- tortilla, sour cream, cheddar cheese, chicken breast, lettuce, blue cheese dressing, hot wing sauce
Lunch: Club sandwich, french fries
Dinner: Deep fried porterhouse steak, potato casserole w/ jalapeno and mushrooms, salad, garlic bread, cake
Oh, I was a pig, but it was so delish!
I had an absolutely disgusting day with food, and I am suffering as a result.
I didn't eat until dinner time because I wasn't feeling good to start with. By the time everyone got home, I didn't feel like cooking so we ordered out. We got cheese pizza and wings. I ended up being sick. Should have known better!
Tomorrow will be a better food day haha.

Dinner, big bowl of Mexican rice with black beans topped with cheddar, and a couple beers.
Today will be a better eating day, it's my day off.
1 soft boiled egg with toast, one slice of vegemite on toast and one slice of marmalade on toast.
A large bowl of soup with two slices of toast and a pear and 2 Gold Kiwifruit.
A pepper-steak casserole and a small icecream.
Breakfast: none; woke up at 10:30am.
Lunch: scrambled eggs, refried beans, and tortillas.
Dinner: A sandwich, a banana, a bag of chips, a gronola bar and a pear.
Supper: a bowl of cereal.

Lunch - fish with a herb sauce and potatoes
Dinner - pasta with chicken
