What about your exercise. Any weight loss without exercise is never going to be sustainable.

You have to make sure that you lose the weight correctly. Correct weight loss essentially means losing fat while holding on or building on your existing muscles. This is the only way you could sustain the weight loss. This only comes from losing fat and holding on to your muscles. If you just go on a diet, your body is going to activate the starvation response and you going to find losing weight extremely difficult. Your problem is that your body has probably activated the starvation response. Understand what it is and you may find the answer to your weight loss plateu. The most important part about losing weight is being able to keep it off. You can only keep the weight loss off if the weight loss came from losing fat and not water or muscles. None of the people who successfully kept the weight off, took diet pills. Diet pills set you up for a massive rebound weight gain. Hope this information was helpful
Bacon/egg sub 1040 calories

Meatball sub 1160 calories

Cookie 210 calories

Parm Sub 1040 calories

Danish 260 calories

Total calories 3710 calories. Nearly double the recommended calorie intake of 2000 calories/day. You need to investigate what the Subway diet actually is. Consult a nutritionist and get an exercise program. The only way to lose weight is to burn more calories than you eat.Why is the subway diet not working for me?
Because you are not exercising! If you want to loose weight on subway alone, you need to cut out all the special sauces, certain cheeses and dressings AND cut down to 6 inch subs. Jarred lost weight because he was working out and eating 6 inch subs and they were veggie, ham and turkey with no sauces or dressing.
because. you're still eating too much.

even though subway is "healthy", the diet wont work if you don't induce a caloric deficit. and that's alot of subs. so stop eating so much. quantity %26gt; quality.
you need to add in some "Fitness". just start exercising then you should be fine.. because your diet is good right now.. all u need to do is throw in some exercise.

instead of a footlong change it 6' subs ..
cuz its subway. making your own sanwiches would be healthier. you need more fruits, vegetables and calcium too.
cause subway ain't going to make u loose weight unless you exercise
