for breakfast i eat: a banana and grapes with 2pieces of bacon
for lunch i eat: a banana and strawberries with a piece of toast and cream cheese.
for dinner i eat: whatever i want such as a subway sandwhich which i ate today.
is that enough calories to be eating?Am i eating enough and exercising enough to lose weight??? ?
Instead of eating whatever you want for dinner, eat whatever you want for breakfast. Other than that your diet seems pretty fine to me, your exercising a lot, so those pounds will come off fast.Am i eating enough and exercising enough to lose weight??? ?
Basically your diet is fine except that you really need to add some more protein and get more calcium. You can get protein by eating any lean meat, beans,etc. You will lose weight but you need to make sure that you are eating at least 1200 calories each day.
