Is this a lot to eat for a day?

For breakfast/lunch I had Chinese food (sweet and sour pork, bbq pork, fried rice, and mixed veggies). The chinese food had a lot of sauce and was oily. For dinner I had a foot long Subway sandwich(chicken, american swiss, tomatos, lettuce, banana peppers, onions, olives, bell pepper and honey mustard) and 2 chocolate bars (200 calories each) with a 1 and 1/2 glasses of milk. I'm a girl and I'm a college student.Is this a lot to eat for a day?
you're eating really poorly! you need you have the 5 food groups, like for example this is what I eat:



Breakfast: Fruit and Yogurt topped with granola

Snack: Apple

Lunch: A chicken sandwhich (homemade)

Snack: Cheese and crackers %26amp; i ate a cookie hehe

Dinner: i ate pickeral and had a garden sala on the side

Hopefuly you don't do that everyday??? :/// I think you should have cereal (not REALLY crappy sweet cereal.) and a very SMALL lunch and and a bigger dinner or switch it around and have a bigger lunch and smaller dinner. sorry If I was harsh :( but it's bad for you. Well yes it kind off is ! Probally you where just craving this for today... But if you keep this up you can get fat! lol btw Ah today for breakfast I ate a bagel and a banana smoothie. For lunch a 6-inch sub. For dinner a c-zar salad whit two chicken breasts (: Yum %26lt;3
Yes, that is a lot to eat for a day and disgustingly. Its really a shame that you use your time asking yahoo about that when you could use your time to get off the computer and do exercise and make a better eating plan.
1. You need to eat protein rich foods in the morning. Not carry out.

Try eggs instead. Peanut butter on toast. Cereals can actually make you MORE hungry.



2. Not really. I mean to some people but it really isn't.
