My diet - Can this work?

Whats the Pro's and Con's about sticking to the same food day after day. Heres my Meal plan....

Wake up - Whey Protein, Milk, Yogurt, Banana, Peanut Butter, Ice



2 Hours before lunch Left overs from the morning Breakfast And Multivitamin



Lunch - Subway Club on Wheat 6in



Snack - 3 Pm another 6 inch Subway Club



Dinner - As Much Salad untill im totally full and water



Snack, Milk with Oatmeal.



Sleep.My diet - Can this work?
Its not awful; are you trying to increase metabolism by eating smaller portions throughout the day.



The only things that I would recommend is first oatmeal is better suited for mornings because it takes a while to digest and people typically eat it in the morning because it provides carbs for many hours. Not great at night unless you purposely want to keep your blood sugar up. A snack at night might not even be necessary, you shouldnt worry about your metabolism dropping too much it is meant to somewhat to get a good nights sleep. That is why when trying to lose a light dinner is more important so that while you are sleeping and your metab. goes down you wont be gaining weight. Plus eating late can keep you from getting a good nights sleep and that wont help the situation at all.



Your subway club would be best without condiments because they are basically empty calories. The same with the salad go for oil and vinegar or lemon based dressings over creamy thick ones.



Salad is usually considered best earlier in the day because it is very cooling and difficult to digest. A better dinner in my opionion would be soup. It is also light and a can be very low in calories but it is very easy to digest. Include the salad with your club. Better would be to have a salad and meat minus the bread for lunch and snack.



I think your diet isnt bad and the choices you have made are a good foundation I mean you could always easily change up each meal relatively easily. Different flavors of yogurt, different fruits, get a different sandwich, try some milk alternatives.

Sounds like a good plan your not starving yourself and your eating the right things at the right time.. Impressive but I think you may get tired of the same thing but you can change up what type of filling you want for your Subway sandwiches so it doesn't get old and make you want to give up. Good luck!! I also recommend for a snack why not some soup? its filling I do that with my diet...
