breakfast- 1/2 c oatmeal with nonfat milk, 2 egg whites
snack- 1/2c fiber one

lunch- chicken with green beans, 2 slices of brown bread
is this healthy SO FAR??
i have swim classes in about an hour for 60 min,,,
for dinner im planning on having 6" subway turkey breast (no cheese)Did i eat healthy so far today?

Subway also sells soup (at most of their restaurants)
