ok for breakfast i have-
coco pops with milk or 2 minute noodles.. that sort of thing.
for lunch i have usually a subway or sandwich (white bread) or a chicken burger (home made full of salad)
afternoon tea i will usually either have a piece of fruit or a muffin bar.
dinner i will almost always eat stir fry or steak.
i usually get hungry after dinner also and may have a small snack.
is this a really bad diet??Is my diet normal or is this the reason i cant lose weight?
Actually, you don't have to diet in fact in order to lose weight, I discovered this at the site in the box below, they have plenty of instruction, I lost 5 pounds by following their helpful advice.
