Basically for breakfast I'll eat cereal for lunch 3 boiled eggs and a whole grain plain bagel and for dinner probably a subways footlong,cereal or 3 boiled eggs and a whole grain bagel again plus of course doing about 20 mins of cardio 3 times a Week and muscle regiment 4 times a week any suggestions I need to lose some of my body fat in like a monthIs this a good diet to lose fat if not can you help me make one?
Eat a bigger breakfast. Your metabolism goes way up if you eat a big breakfast. Drink more water, mix in some weight training, and extend your cardio to 35-45 minutes. Lessen the intensity though. It takes 20-30 minutes for your body to get into super calorie burning mode, so you're stopping before your metabolism can actually start really doing work. Eat more whole fruits and veggies, particulary celery, as it takes about 100-110 cal. to digest when an average piece only has 60. Get more sleep, and keep it up every day.
Start taking the egg yolk out of your boiled eggs and just eat the egg whites. Substitute your bagel for 1-1 1/2 cup(s) of oats. Also throw some extra protein into your diet and up your cardio to three 45 sessions a week or 4-5 thirty minute sessions. Going on a subway diet? Eh. Best thing you can do is no carbs. Especially since you're trying to do it in a month. Exercise, P90 with some good healthy eating habits, and you should be okay.
