Is this a good weight loss plan?

For breakfast and lunch I'm going to eat a foot long assorted sub from subway... (6" inch for breakfast, and 6" inch for lunch)



For dinner, I'm going to have noodles with vegetables... and it's a different vegetable and a different noodle each day...Is this a good weight loss plan?
add some milk and fruit and I would say yes!
no... subway is never good, just because some guy "said" he lost weight doesnt make it true.... Grains from bread are good, but it also has ALOT of carbs which you dont want, not to mention all the sodium intake

Noodles are starchy, which isnt what your body needs to lose wieght



Try egg white omlet for breakfast

Salad with tuna or chicken for lunch

Fish and vegetables for lunch

and a snack like an apple between each mealIs this a good weight loss plan?
it is a good plan.

but when i lost 45 pounds, it was all due to drinking more than 9 bottled waters a day.(%26amp; peeing a lot) and not eating fried or oily foods. if i did eat something unhealthy, it'll be once in two days/ in moderation. this all happened in two months.



but with any diet, you'll lose more weight if you drink water continiously.
No. You're going to spend a TON of money on not-so-good food.

Noodles are starchy and have too many carbs. Unless you're going to run a marathon every morning stay away from the noodles. Just eat raw veggies, or steamed. Try a whey protien shake for breakfast. And a salad for lunch.
The question is more about how much than what. A balanced diet is your best option with three small balanced meals and two or three snacks of fruit or veggies.
Just drink water. Try drinking 4 cups of water in the morning. Drink until you cannot drink no more, sick bear.
