Is this a good food plan to eat today?

Breakfast

apple

mini wheats with skim milk

lunch

turkey on whoole wheat wrap

strawberries

wheat crackers

snack

50 calorie yogurt

For dinner i'm having

6 in subway with no cheese or dressing



what do you think of this?Is this a good food plan to eat today?
It sounds fine to me, but you should include some cheese in your wrap. Also, almonds make great snacks as well because they have protein and healthy fats in them. However, you could get away with eating a little more. It just doesn't seem very filling to me.Is this a good food plan to eat today?
That's totally a lot of food.

As long as it's not up to 3,500 calories or else you'll gain weight.



I only eat once a day.

That's too much =OO but, good food. lol
