Is this a healthy meal for a 98 pound 13 year old girl?

Breakfast - Fiber one ceral + fruit juice

Lunch - Fruit leather (like a fruit roll up but healthier)

Snack- Some cashews and some chips

Dinner - Subway sub (turkey cheese and lettece) and 1 bag of baked chips

Snack- YogartIs this a healthy meal for a 98 pound 13 year old girl?
look you may be underweight depending on your height your probably healthy,,you dont need to be restricting food because you want to keep within a certain calorie bracket,your 13 so you need to be concentrating on getting a varied and healthy diet mentally and physically not depriving yourself of food you want



eat what ever you like in moderation,if you crave chocolate have one square a day,

although processed foods as a staple in your diet sticks to your hips your body dosnt digest food like chips easily
I would reccomend something more than that for lunch. Maybe a healthy sandwhich or salad? Also, having chips once let alone twice a day, is not healthy.Is this a healthy meal for a 98 pound 13 year old girl?
Subway really isn't all that healthy and the chips are horrible for you. As for the 'fruit leather,' eat some real fruit. Even if it is better than fruit roll ups it's still loaded with chemicals, preservatives and sugars. Try eating fresh fruits and veggies for lunch instead.
you need to eat more for lunch, other then that its pretty healthy.
