Depends on your current size (including height), and activity level. Overall though, yes, it's relatively balanced.
With small amounts like these i would throw a snack in between breakfast and lunch. then i would make the turkey sub a wrap or tell them to make it a salad. the dairy dosent seem to be too bad in moderation. its the shugar and carbs that need to be cut out.Is this a good diet for trying to lose weight?
