Did I eat healthy today? How many calories would this be?

for breakfast, i had rice krispie cereal with 1% fat milk

for lunch, i had a six inch wheat bread from subway. it had turkey no cheese, mayo, mustard, oril vinegar or salt. it only had olives, tomato, and lettuce.

for dinner, i had jamba juice. 16oz banana rama with nonfat milk and yogurt.



im a 15 yr old girl and im trying to loose weight. thanks :)Did I eat healthy today? How many calories would this be?
That's obviously less than 2000 calories . You will lose weight but you will also starve yourself if you will be doing that every day. Try to include two to three servings of fruit and vegetables a day.



Try to eat five to six meals a day to keep your metabolism up. Target eating a small balanced meal every four hours.
thats considered starving yourself you getting around 1000 calories, half of what you should have.Did I eat healthy today? How many calories would this be?
Breakfast-- good job but grab some fruit also

Lunch-- good but you need side(at subway you can replace the chips or cookies with yougurt or apples do that) get water or tea no soda

Dinner--you NEED grain, meat, dairy, veggies

Yes your trying to lose weight but your not doing it a good way... You need to eat.. however you need the right amount... Eat alot of veggies.. Drink lots of water. Eat meat but eat turkey, fish, or chicken nothing fried, or any burgers cause thats fatty. You wanna lose weight but if you starve yourself your body naturally goes into a stage leaving your body to add fat to keep you moving.. Whatever it is you're eating, just follow these 2 keys and you'll lose weight:



1. Control Your Food Intake, take your daily food intake as 100%, allocate 60% for breakfast (still the most important meal of the day), 30% lunch and 10% dinner.



Notice no snacks or in between as it will go straight to your belly.



2. And of course, Exercise is the other Key, do at least 30 minutes of workout daily, more if you can. Swimming can be a good full body workout, takes care of the cardio too.
