okay so it's after the holidays and i want to go down to my normal weighttt. i want to weigh around 102 pounds (what i used to weigh). this is what i ate today so far:
breakfast: oatmeal
lunch: subway 6 inch veggie sub %26amp; a handful of sunchips
snacks: a handful of almonds %26amp; then a couple pieces of bark (this chocolate caramel thing)..i couldnt resist..hahah
dinner: probably eating a bowl of homemade pastina soup with cheese %26amp; a salad
later: i'm probably going to get hungry so i guess i should eat oatmeal again.
how many calories is this? %26amp; is this good?How many calories is this %26amp; is this sufficient for weight loss?
not to bad, not sure how many calories though. but oatmeal would probably be a good choice for later. just don't load it down with alot of butter and sugar ,go light or substitute.
