Thank youu!! :)Weight loss....muscle gain????!!!!?
You've probably heard this over and over again but, here ya go:
who ever said proteins shakes are bad for you is ridiculous. Its possibly the best way to recover from work outs. you're 16 years old. your body is growing so let your body progress more. eating the correct stuff does help a lot. but protein shakes and weight gainers are big help because they give you the nutrients that you can't take in with a regular meal. your body can only handle so much food, but with weight gainer/protein shakes, you drink a tall glass of it and you have everything there in one shot plus the addition of a meal. increase your carbohydrates as well increasing your cardio workouts.. Tuna fish on wheat is also good as well and don't be afraid of Salads if you're trying to lose weight..and don't be afraid to add weight when you lift.Fat is eventually what muscle is, so do plenty of cardio, making sure that your heart rate is up there when doing so. Give time for your body to recover as well (this is where Protein shakes come in). Do not over due the workouts either when lifting, because in most cases, people over due the workouts and gain nothing because you actually lose muscle when doing so. Different workouts also help just P90X, expand your knowledge of lifting because doing the same workout routines will give you no progression. Your muscle will get immune to it, so for more muscle gain, treat it with different exercise routines (muscle confusion). They say slow progression when you lift heavier weights..I say Gym teachers just say that for cautious reasons, so instead I just add weight until I can't no more."you just go to do it" as Arnold S.-governor of California would say.
sounds pretty good... you may get a bunch of people that will give you tons of nit picky 'advice' but what you are doing is perfectly fineWeight loss....muscle gain????!!!!?
At your age, you could eat carboard and probably gain muscle and lose weight. i would add in some milk and eggs to make sure you are getting enough protein. You still have to watch your overall caloric intake. I wouldn't go over 2500 cals
Where are the fruits and vegetables?
eat lots of protein and veggies
little carbs
