Does this sound like a healthy day?

breakfast- veggie wheat thins -230 cals.

lunch-yogurt nuts and raisin mix-260

w/yogurt bar-140

Dinner-Subway 6''inch turkey breast sandwich on 4 grain honey oat bread-280 w/ baked chips-140.

then snack after is a slice of whole grain wheat bread-70

and light yoplait yogurt-100 cals.

and oh yeah, i exercised and burned atleast 500 calories today.

does that sound good?Does this sound like a healthy day?
Add some pasta or pizza some fish or very lean good meat Do not deprive your system of other tasty foods Dark chocolate is very healthy too.
