Why am I not losing weight?

I don't eat breakfast, partly because I don't wake up till almost lunch time.



For lunch I normally eat meat or a salad, Hotdogs, hamburger (Without bread) those things.



For dinner sometimes I get a salad or somethings i'll eat a subway wrap or taco.



I don't over eat and I don't eat snacks or before I sleep.

I don't drink many soda's and if I do they are diet. I prefer to drink water.

You could have reached your "set" weight. Unless you are anorexic, most people have a weight that their body is set at. Once you get to that weight, it is extremely hard to loose anymore weight. This is usually a weigh that is healthy for your body.
everybody is different, and we all loose weight at a different rate. but all doctors agree that we are supposed to eat breakfast, especially if we are dieting. how about trying to set the alarm earlier, get up, have a good breakfast, and if you need to, have a nap when you get tired. i would add veggies instead of a salad- much better for you. and try not to miss any meals. instead of eating out, try eating at home- sometimes that makes a big difference. also, try eating a bowl of veggie soup before you have your meal- veggies are great, they fill you up with very little calories. hope this helps a bit- good luck.Why am I not losing weight?

You are not eating enough thats the main problem. If you are not eating enough, your body holds on to that last meal and stores it as fat. You need to eat smaller meals more often, they need to be balanced between proteins, carbs, and fats. You should have 4-5 small meals a day. Sufficient protein is needed to build muscle, you need to eat more!

I grew up as a fat kid with adhd like a mo fo ...I ate and drank about like you i swear..anyways long story short i got put on adhd meds that made me wanna get up and do stuff like crazy!!!Lost 20 pounds in 2 weeks Just by moving and doing stuff constantly and sweating too and i swear THATS ALL YOU NEED TO DO IS BURN THE CALORIES AND DONT GIVE THE FATTY CELLS TIME TO SUCK IN THE FAT IF YER MOVIN AND SWEATING ....Good to go ..TRY IT!Oh ,and will you please rate me as best answer cuz i really could use some points...Thank you and good luck to you..
