Am i drinking enough water to lose weight?

i drink about 5 or 6 bottles of 7.7 fl oz of water (in this huge water bottle) and then....

Breakfast (if i get up early enough) is a banana or yogurt.

Lunch-usually subway (chicken or tuna) or a small salad

Dinner-Saladdddd (:

And about an half an hour or full hour on cardio then another half an hour or full hour is like toning my stomach, arms, and legs.

Btw whats a good way to lose love handles??Am i drinking enough water to lose weight?
