How much weight should i be losing?

i do 200 jumping jacks 20 wall push ups 40 sit ups and i usually eat bagel w/ cream cheese or special K for breakfast and for lunch i eat pasta, tuna,salad, and sometimes subway. i dont eat dinner. and sometimes if i dont have time to eat breakfast i eat pop tarts at school. i am 13 years, 5"5 170 pounds how much weight should i be losing weekly?How much weight should i be losing?
I would set a goal for how much you want to loose a week. And running is a great way to loose weight.And give yourself a reward. I would say... 2 pounds a week. It doesn't seem like that much but for a teenager... its a good goal. And don't stress out about it too much. Your still growing,and getting taller. u will slim out more over time. Be a regular teenager LIVE LIFE AND ENJOY EVERY MINUTE OF IT! You are only a teenager once. And in 30 years do you want to remember your teenage years worrying about your weight and how much wieght you want to loose? And it sounds like your eating pretty healthy. But watch the pasta...pasta can sometimes be really fattning. Good luck!
The best way to lose weight is to do aerobic exercise. 200 jumping jacks is not enough. Try running or use the treadmill for about 15-30 minutes.How much weight should i be losing?
honestly bro you shouldnt be losing any weight. like the person above me said you should do some aerobic or cardio everyday. eat dinner and eat smaller portions.
Everyone is different. Just keep doing it and you will get to your goal soon enough. Good Luck:)
