Do you think I ate enough today?

my mom thinks i have an eating disorder and starve myself! i just get full really easily!

breakfast- 2 cups of coffee

lunch- peanut butter %26amp; honey sandwhich + a diet coke

dinner- a 6 inch sub from subway.

thats pretty much on a normal day to:

tea, coffee, a small bowl of cereal or cold oatmeal %26amp; milk for breakfast.

a peanut butter %26amp; honey sandwhich for lunch (my fave haha) and dinner.

to much or not enough?Do you think I ate enough today?
not enough. you should eat a more substantial breakfast and snacks throughout the day
For a 14 year old girl, 2 cups of coffee is not healthy at all. If you absolutely love coffee, don't cut it but have a fruit or some cereal for breakfast! It should be your biggest meal of the day!Do you think I ate enough today?
if you dont feel deprived, and you eat what you want than youre not anorexic. Some more fruits and veggies wouldnt hurt though
i hate to tell you this but to me you sound like you eat alot and to me that is way to much but who am i to stop you from doing what you love.
Not enough!!
if your not trying to lose weight then ya thats enough, if you are trying to lose weight then you shouldn't be eating so much bread (grains) its not good for losing weight..a lot of carbs eat more fruits and vegetables then you can eat more, and remember that subway prob had 300+calories :O because sometimes i have the vegetarian subway (no meat just salad) and that has 220 claories, so not good if ur trying to lose weight.
Coffee doesn't help you grow if you under 17 yeras old you need a bit more than that.. try a cereal bar with some milk!

the lunch is fine but you could add in a salad.. and there isn't any fruit listed.. you could use an apple or orange in there.
You need to eat more and cut back on the coffee.

Not enough food for your age and not the right foods. If your trying to lose weight or even maintain your current weight you need to make some changes.
