Ok i am confue very confuse i heard alot about bige eating disorter when u eat a whole them lot that you tend to trow up well i have a big problem i try to eat 3 meal a day wich dosnt work because my body is use to eat 2 a day bt i tried ecause is a healthier choice to eat more nutrients truw out the day coming from doctors mouth wich i belive well this was my old menu schedule
at 10am i will have breakfast like low fat breakfast les than 600 cals
then at 7pm dinner like rice beans and chicken breast with water lke 1000
total 1600 everyday or sometimes less well i change all that now this is regular schedule for me i dont now if im binging or not please tell me
dinner this is were i go a little more because i nned at lease 2500 caories i am a hard worker and i go to they gym about 40 minutes every other day i am 6'1 170pounds 18years old

around 7pm DINNER
mashed potatoe/water = 400cals 0gFAT 0gSUGAR
2 chiken breast =300cals 3gFAT 0gSUGAR
2 corn in con (earn) =340cals 2gFAT 18gSUGAR
gravy (canned) =50 cals 2gFAT 5gSUGAR
WATER= =0
TOTAL =around 1000cals 7gFAT 25gSUGAR
TOTAL (DAY)=1900cals around 20gFAT 55gSUGAR
TOTAL calories (BURNED) = around 300 or more daily
this was todays food sometimes i have
white rice 1cup
alot of beans like 2 cups
and gril chicken breast
water
for dinnner
so i dont know if i binge ate today i dint pass my daily intake so please help me and tell me if am doing fine i also have trouble with calories i count them every second and i alway think am going to gain weigh if i eat i dont eat fried at all so i hope i wont gain weigh please some advice thanks...is my dinner consider binge ?Is this a binge (eat) ?
